Sandy Goldin Zaccagnino is a professional copyeditor who has provided copyediting and proofreading services for the award-winning New York newspaper The River Reporter and for the Hemlock News in Pennsylvania since 2003. She is the author of four mystery novels (under the name Sandy Goldin), featuring Inspector Jeremy Smith of the San Francisco Homicide Detail – The Vanity Murders, A Friend in Need, Two Sides of a Coin, and the latest, Deja Vu x 2, released in November 2008. In addition to having a BA in Anthropology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, she is a nurse practitioner with a BS in Nursing from Cornell University and a masters degree from the University of California, San Francisco. This background provides additional expertise that is valuable in copyediting academic and technical material.
